Sub-Contractor Workforce Declaration

This portal allows subcontractors to list personnel assigned to their scope of work for site access and identification purposes only. All individuals entered remain associated with and employed by the submitting subcontractor. Employment responsibility, workforce management, and legal compliance remain solely with the subcontractor, as detailed in the Pre-Submission Acknowledgment. Submitting worker information does not create an employment, supervisory, agency, or joint-employment relationship with Optiline Enterprises.

When you submit workers, the portal will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
